OUR MISSION

To build a Thalassemia-Free India by actively organizing blood donation drives, facilitating medical emergency support like Single Donor Platelet (SDP) and White Blood Cell (WBC) donations, and supporting bone marrow transplants for affected children. Through dedicated campaigns, we aim to foster youth empowerment, promote health awareness, and create a platform for social responsibility and civic engagement.

About

Indore Social Welfare Foundation is a youth-led, purpose-driven non-profit organization registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act. Founded with a vision to foster a healthier, more equitable society, our mission is centered on building a Thalassemia-Free India and empowering youth to lead social change.

Since our inception, we have been at the forefront of impactful initiatives including blood donation drives, bone marrow transplant coordination, healthcare access for underprivileged patients, food and clothing distribution in slums, and environmental conservation campaigns. Our commitment has already touched thousands of lives — with over 1000+ blood donation camps and active collaboration with top medical institutions for thalassemia treatment.

We strongly believe that youth are the changemakers of tomorrow. Through internships, volunteer programs, and awareness campaigns, we nurture socially conscious leaders who drive meaningful change in their communities.

FUNDING SOURCES

Fundraising for an NGO through social media platforms and by members can be a highly effective approach to generate support and increase outreach. On social media, NGOs can create compelling content such as real stories, impactful photos, and videos that showcase their work and its impact. Regular and transparent updates help build trust among followers.

At the same time, NGO members play a crucial role in grassroots-level fundraising. They can reach out to their personal networks, including friends, family, and colleagues, with personalized donation appeals. Peer-to-peer fundraising, where each member is given a goal and provided with promotional tools, can be very effective. Altogether, a combination of digital strategies and member-driven efforts can significantly boost an NGO’s fundraising success.
